History and description

On the first floor are exhibited the objects found during excavations by the Swedish Institute at the settlements of San Giovenale and Acquarossa, dating back to the 7th and 6th centuries BC.
The second floor is dedicated to the city of Ferento, which was destroyed by the inhabitants of Viterbo. Here one can admire, among other things, a reconstruction of the theater, decorated with statues representing the Muses.
This floor also shows finds from Musarna, a settlement that was already partially Romanized.
The top floor shows funerary equipment. The highlight is a tomb of a chariot found in Ischia di Castro.
