History and Description
The Chiesa di Sant’Anna in Laterano was built in the 19th century. It was consecrated in 1887 and renovated in 1927.
The facade of the church was designed in a neo-Renaissance style.
The interior consists of a single nave. It is lit by a window in the ceiling and is decorated with angels in the Art Nouveau style. This window is a replacement of a 19th century ceiling painting that had the “Coronation of the Most Holy Mary” as its theme.
