History and description

The Sant’Antonio Church was built in the 17th century.
In 1902 the church was restored by Giovanni Fagnani. In 1926 it was the turn of the painter Alfredo Giuliani.
The facade is characterized by the laterizio stone and the alternating red and ocher diamond motif. The entablature rests on two pillars with Corinthian capitals.
The interior consists of one nave and a side chapel. The ceiling consists of two vaults and is decorated with decorative plasterwork.
What to see
The chapel ceiling is divided into so-called cassettes.
The dome rests on pendentives decorated with images of evangelists.
