The Virgiliano Park (Parco Virgiliano) is located high above the city of Naples, on the western tip of Posillipo hill. As such, it offers stunning views of the Mediterranean, including the Gulf of Naples and the islands of Capri and Ischia. It is also called Parco delle Rimembranze.

Description
The Virgiliano Park consists of a number of terraces looking down on the Gulf of Naples.
There are several playgrounds in the park, which is especially popular among young people during weekends.
Towards sunset, the view is at its best.
There is also a modern amphitheatre where performances are often held.
